  1. No Returns
    Due to the nature of pet food and treats, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  2. No Cancellations After Dispatch
    Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

  3. Refund Policy
    Refunds will only be considered if there is a proven error made by Trot ‘n’ Chomp (for example, an incorrect item supplied). Evidence may be required.

  4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
    Trot ‘n’ Chomp is not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged once they are in the care of the delivery service.

  5. Delivery Issues
    Any delivery-related issues must be raised directly with the courier used for shipment.

  6. Customer Responsibility
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

  7. Acceptance of Terms

    Pet Treat Safety Disclaimer

    • Treats should be fed in moderation only and not in large quantities.

    • Some of our treats may contain natural sugars; these are not suitable for pets sensitive to sugar, including pets with medical or dietary conditions affected by sugar intake.

    • Always supervise your pet while feeding treats.

    • Treats are intended to complement a balanced diet and are not a meal replacement.

    • It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure treats are suitable for their pet’s individual needs and health requirements.

    • Trot ‘n’ Chomp cannot be held responsible for any illness, injury, or adverse reactions resulting from overfeeding, misuse, failure to supervise, or feeding treats that are unsuitable for the pet.
